11 Rachel Gardner with her mother Rachel Moss were the last to leave Northmoor, The 1881 Census lists Rachel as a School Mistress age 35 living with her mother in a property in Church Street, Northmoor.
By 1891 both Rachel's are shown on the Census records in St Ebbe, Oxford where they have moved in with her elder brother John Gardner. This record shows they were living with Johns family of five sons (wife Josephine Gardner died in 1882), together with bother William Gardner age 53.
Her mother Rachel Moss died in 1898 at the age of 83.
Also in 1898 Rachel at the age of 40 married a Thomas Cornish at the parish church of Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire.
The 1901 Census records find them in Somerset at 6 Priors Wood Terrace, St Jame's Withern, Taunton, Somerset.
Rachel age 73 died in 1930 and Thomas age 80 died in 1913 both in St Jame's Parish, Taunton. No records of any children.
